Experience
I received my bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. During college, I was an assistant teacher in an introductory Engineering class for first-year students. The purpose of this course was to introduce them to the different concepts of Engineering. At that time, I also tutored fellow university students, helping them with Math and Science. I was also available to edit papers and assist with different computer assignments. When I was in high school, I was a mentor in the Big Brothers program where I tutored one student for a year. Because I believe that success in any course begins with confidence, I do my best to give my students a good foundation of knowledge, and then make sure that they thoroughly understand how to solve the problems so that they can do the work on their own. I am available to teach a variety of courses including Algebra, Calculus, Geometry, Biology, Anatomy, and Chemistry. I can also assist in the preparation for the SAT, ACT, and PSAT exams. In my spare time I enjoy reading, volunteering, and outdoor activities such as fishing, hiking, running, and sailing.
